Hotel Paseo / AC3 Restaurant & Bar.  The project is located just steps from El Paseo, the "Rodeo Drive" of the Desert and represents a collaboration between successful restauranteurs, chef Andrew and Juliana Copley, owners of Copley's on Palm Canyon, Palm Springs, CA and Anthony Marchese, owner, Trio's Restaurant, Palm Springs, CA.
