ACafe, Inc. was established in 2019 as a California corporation for the sole purpose of acquiring and operating Annie’s Café Lake Elsinore. Annie’s was originally a small hamburger shop called Sunnymead Hamburgers until 1989 when they changed their name to Annie’s Café named after the owners’ grandmother who loved to cook. Annie’s has been primarily an American Diner, the owners are originally from England and have added three British meals, Fish n' chips, Bangers and Mash, and the Winston Churchill full English breakfast with Heinz Baked Beans, English Bangers and English Bacon. The restaurant is decorated with British memorabilia on the walls sharing their heritage with their customers. They also have a full-size knight in armor standing guard and a telephone booth. Great food and service are why Annie’s has been featured on KTLA news and has a four-plus stars rating on Yelp.
