The Hollywood Wax Museum, Inc. was established in 1964 by Sapuran Singh Sundher (aka Spoony). Spoony raised his four sons in the wax museum attraction business, and in 2005 the sons took ownership and became involved in the family business. The four brothers operate the Hollywood Wax Museum brand including four locations: Los Angeles (Hollywood), California; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Branson, Missouri and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Each location is owned and operated under separate entities with the same underlying ownership for each entity.

The Hollywood Wax Museum is located on the world-famous Hollywood Walk of Fame which runs in front of their entrance. The Museum is considered a famous destination location when visiting southern California. The museum, which has been operating at the same location for over 57 years, is the most visited indoor attraction in Hollywood and a fun stop for those seeking a classic Hollywood experience!
