Hotel Paseo, Palm Desert and site visit to our latest project of the Valley's newest five star restaurant, AC3 restaurant and bar. This 5,000 square foot restaurant with project costs in excess of $1.8 million, made possible in partnership with our lead lender, Pacific Premier Bank.
