The MB Grille was established in 2022 as an expansion concept of the Market Broiler restaurants in both menu and restaurant floor plan. This new concept offers an upscale and fresh menu approach and the new marketing strategy has been tested in the Simi Valley location of Market Broiler restaurant. Along with a new upgraded Dock-to-Dish menu, we have extended the Bar area, added 16 Draft Beer handles, elevated the Wine List, modernized our hand-crafted Cocktails, and enclosed an area for large parties to reserve for Private Dining. Additionally, MB Grille has enhanced Happy Hour, Late Night Bar offerings, and new made-in-house desserts, all while retraining their current staff to perfect their Polished Casual Service.
