Connie Bell, a business services professional with more than 20 years’ experience in a wide variety of back office management areas is partnering with the Small Business Development Corporation of Orange County.
Bell, who holds an MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management provides a diverse range of accounting, human resources and business management services to small, mid-size and growing companies through her firm, Silent Partner Business Services, Inc. Bell began her professional career in 1997 as an executive assistant to the owner of former engineering firm, Fundament & Associates, Inc. Over the course of 12 years she developed extensive knowledge that resulted in her promotion to controller through which she oversaw all accounting, human resources and business management tasks for the company. Following the firm’s closure, Bell parlayed her expertise into developing her own consulting firm helping entrepreneurs and small business owners with accounting tasks, tax, labor and asset management compliance, contract management, business plan generation, document and file management, as well as recruiting, hiring, promotions, and other human resources functions.
