SANTA ANA, Calif. — Small Business Development Corporation of Orange County recently published its annual report for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, revealing another record-breaking year in state guarantees, and insights into two nonprofit clients, their lenders and the broad impact made by their services.

The document details another high-water mark in state loan guarantees administered by the agency, illustrated by graphs showing impact in various categories. Also offered are insights into longstanding nonprofits Precious Lamb Preschool which serves homeless families, and Western Youth Services providing critical mental health services to the region’s children, youth and families.
